This monitoring service can communicate alarms to the monitoring centre via the Telstra or Optus 4G mobile network using dual sim cards on-board. This provides a level of redundancy over single sim monitoring. With this plan, the device is polled every 60 seconds to ensure the device is online and functioning.
The monitoring centre is rated Grade A1 – Australian/New Zealand Standard’s Highest Rating. All monitoring plans include your choice of alarm response procedures and notification of contacts.
