This monitoring service can communicate alarms to the monitoring centre via the Telstra or Optus mobile network using dual sim cards on-board. This provides a level of redundancy over single sim monitoring. With this plan, the device is polled every 1 hour to ensure the device is online and functioning.
The monitoring centre is rated Grade A1 – Australian/New Zealand Standard’s Highest Rating. All monitoring plans include your choice of alarm response procedures and notification of contacts.
