The Ryalex Dual Press Hold Up Button was designed to meet the demands of the NSW Police (amongst other organisations) for a false alarm resistant dual press duress activator. Dual press activators minimise false alarms by reducing the likelihood of the duress button being pressed accidentally. The duress button enclosure is made from ABS plastic providing a robust housing for a wide array of applications in security systems. Our dual press duress button is a popular addition to commercial security systems. A functional duress button enables easy raising of a hold-up alarm, promptly contacting emergency services. The Dual Press Hold Up Button can be integrated into a wide range of existing security systems, including Tecom, Integriti and Challenger units.

- Dual End Of Line resistor values are “on board” selectable for either Tecom or Concept / Integriti alarm panels.

National Police Alarm Activation Response Compliant
Ryalex’s Dual Press Hold Up Button meets the requirements for Accredited Alarm Monitoring Providers outlined by the National Emergency Communications Working Group (Australia and New Zealand), in collaboration with the Australian Security Industry Association. These guidelines outline the four different types of categories of alarms that emergency services will respond to, including the Category A hold-up alarm.
